This is the two-minute version of what Kirnia does with your information. The full legal document is our Privacy Policy — if the two ever disagree, that one governs.
Kirnia is operated by Klevo LLC, a Missouri limited liability company. We sell and ship within the United States only.
The short version
- We collect what we need to take your order, ship it and answer your emails.
- We never see or store your full card number.
- We do not sell your personal information for money.
- We do share limited data with advertising partners, which some US state laws classify as a “sale” or “sharing”. You can switch that off in one click on our Your Privacy Choices page.
- We honour Global Privacy Control signals automatically.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time, free of charge.
What we collect

We do not collect Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, health information, precise GPS location or biometric data. If a form on kirnia.com ever asks for any of those, it is not ours — close it and email us.
Who receives it
- Shopify — hosts the store and processes orders and payments.
- Payment processors — authorise your payment and screen for fraud.
- Carriers and fulfilment partners — get your name, address and phone number so a parcel can reach you.
- Email and review platforms — hold your address if you subscribed or left a review.
- Analytics and advertising partners — receive device identifiers and on-site activity. This is the category the opt-out covers.
Your choices
- Targeted advertising — opt out on Your Privacy Choices, or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser and we will honour it automatically.
- Marketing email — use the unsubscribe link in any message.
- Marketing texts — reply STOP.
- Cookies — manage non-essential cookies in our cookie-preference tool or your browser settings.
Your rights
Depending on your state, you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. Email support@kirnia.com with the subject line “Privacy Request”, including your name, the email address you ordered with and your state of residence.
We respond within 30 days, there is no charge, and you will not be treated differently for asking. The full detail, including how to appeal a decision, is in the Privacy Policy.
