Email is the fastest way to reach us and it goes to a person, not a queue. We answer support@kirnia.com within one business day, usually sooner.
Before you write
Three things account for most of the messages we get, and each has a page that answers them faster than we can:
- Where is my order? — Track Your Order explains what each carrier status means and when a parcel is genuinely late.
- I want to send something back. — the Refund Policy covers the return window, who pays postage and how long refunds take.
- When will it arrive? — see the Shipping Policy for current processing and delivery times.
What to include
If your message is about an order, give us the order number and the email address you used at checkout. For anything faulty, a photograph or a short video saves an entire round of back-and-forth — we can usually approve a replacement from the first message.

Please do not post a return to the address above without emailing first. Returns need an authorisation, and unannounced parcels can sit unidentified for weeks, which only delays your refund.
Press, wholesale and partnerships
Use the same address and put Press, Wholesale or Partnership at the front of the subject line so it reaches the right person. For wholesale, tell us roughly what volume you are thinking about and where you would be selling.
Privacy requests
To access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email us with “Privacy Request” in the subject line, including your full name, the email address you ordered with and your state of residence. We reply within 30 days, free of charge.
